Dr Woolley officially retired from the Practice on the 31st December 2018. We wish Dr Woolley a restful and happy retirement. We will truly miss her at the Practice, she has been amazing and a totally brilliant and well respected Doctor and Partner here at Victoria Road.
We are now offering the Electronic Prescription Service.
This service gives you the option to 'nominate' the pharmacy where you get your repeat medication from. You request your repeat in the usual way and the pharmacy will receive your prescription direct from us electronically. This will save you a trip to the Surgery to collect your prescription form. You can nominate a pharmacy close to your home or where you work.
You can 'nominate' your pharmacy by phoning us or by fillling out a form at Reception.

If all of our ‘on the day’ urgent appointments are fully booked, our reception team may offer you an appointment at the new MIAMI clinic.
The MIAMI (Minor Injury Assessment & Minor Illnesses) clinic is a new service being launched by 19 local GP practices across Adur and Worthing.
At the MIAMI clinic you will be seen by a GP, nurse, or paramedic practitioner, who – with your consent – will have access to your medical record.
We text patients to remind them of their appointment at the Surgery. If you have given us your mobile number then you will automatically be reminded of your appointment by text the day before. If you would prefer not to have these reminders then please advise the Reception Team.
We are now offering Health Checks to eligible patients which aim to lower your risk of diabetes, stroke, heart and kidney disease. The free 30 minute check will be available to those aged 40 – 74 years who do not already have a chronic disease. If you would like to be considered for this Check please leave your name at Reception. For more information see
If you have not already done so please would you inform us of your mobile phone number and give us consent to contact you via text.
We use text messaging as a way of informing patients of health reviews that are due. We may also occasionally use text messaging to provide you with other Surgery information such as a due appointment. We will not use it for sensitive information such as test results and we not will issue any patient identifiable information.
