The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide. These include private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, and fitness to travel certificates. Our fees for these services, which are in line with BMA approved national guidelines, are displayed below:

All medical examinations/reports not otherwise or specifically defined are charged at the hourly rate of £180.00 per hour as per BMA guidelines.
Please note that for all such medical examinations/reports a fee cannot be determined in advance.
